You might also want to mention what drum module you are using, problems you may have run into using the GHWT wireless midi controller with other drum modules that are not on the compatibility list, if any and how you solved those problems, so others can benefit.

I purchased the Guitar Hero Drum module for Christmas and got it running with my Yamaha DTXplorer right away. The DTXplorer not allowing to remap Midi Notes I have to hook the whole thing using my computer as I've explained it in a blog post: http://www.samanthahalfon.net/worldgoneweb/2010/

I have enjoyed the eDrum wireless controller ever since and it never failed me. If you do not feel like soldiering and everything yourself, I recommend this item. It makes a fun game even better.

I purchased the GHWT WC with the 1/4 inputs to use with my ION Audio Drum Rocker to get my 5 lanes back in GHWT, which worked. I just unplugged the RB ION brain that is included with the ION ADR and plugged in the GHWT 360 wireless controller and I was back in business.

My only problem is that no matter how much I try to use the calibration program in the game, my cymbols still lag, or something like that. Waiting on my freak on a leash from Activision to plug the brain into the pc and adjust the sensitivity.

I have a feeling that is what my problem is, since the GHWT drum brain has to be adjusted to work with the ION ADR properly. It is a good thing that the sensitivity kit is free. Which is amazing because it has a usb to midi interface and comes with software to adjust the pads and cymbols.

I really am enjoying playing 5 lanes properly, even though I have had it only 1 day. I suggest any one with an ION Audio Drum Rocker or any other midi kit for that matter, to get this little miracle box now.
